Tribeca Enterprises will most probably get $22 mil for 50% of its shares.   Robert De Niro co-founded the film festival owned by this company after the attacks from 9/11.  MSG will use Madison Square Garden and the Radio City Music Hall plus some marketing skills to grow the brand and the festival.
